What happens when you wish to complete your order?
Before you checkout you can remove any products you no longer want to order.

What product should I buy?

Order a printout if you want it for research purposes as it has more information than we can include on a certificate.
Order a certificate if you need it for legal purposes.

If you have ordered products from both sections of this website in the same transaction (i.e. non-historical and historical records) , the following will happen:

Orders from each website will be processed and despatched separately
Certificates and printouts will be processed and despatched separately
However, if you selected delivery by courier (New Zealand only) all of your order will be despatched at the same time

Please do not contact us regarding non delivery of your order until you have allowed for the full processing time to have occurred .i.e. eight working days plus postage time. (For more information please see the Frequently Asked Questions.)

To complete your order you will need to confirm the contents of your basket and you will be asked to confirm the delivery details.

If a system error occurs before you have confirmed your basket, the contents will be lost.

Standard Certificate	33.00	Legal official document.
Decorative Certificate	35.00	Pictorial legal official document.
Decorative Certificate plus a standard certificate package of the same registration	55.00	Legal official documents, one pictorial and one standard.
Name Change Certificate	33.00	Official document showing change of name details for overseas born people who have changed their name since 26 January 2009.
